About Me

My passion for painting and photography began in the late sixties when I studied at the University of Oregon and received a degree in Photo Journalism.  In the years that followed, I was fortunate to have worked and studied with some of the masters including Imogene Cunningham, Ansel Adams and Brett Weston.

I later taught photography at the University of Oregon and at the Mendocino Art Center, and have been published in many travel magazines.

Recently, I have focused my  time on helping non-profit organizations improve their fundraising efforts and have collaborated with organizations such as Hospice, Marin General Hospital, Marin Catholic High School, Saint Vincent’s Home for Boys, Homeward Bound of Marin, Project Amigo, Rotary International, and Save Sight Now.

Painting and photography have helped me share my vision of this unique world by deepening bonds of friendship and creating enduring memories.
